MMA Striking

This class is designed for members looking to take their skills to the next level or prepare for competition. Training includes partner drills, offensive and defensive techniques, mitt work, strength and conditioning, and optional sparring, providing a comprehensive environment to refine both skill and strategy.

Because the class involves more contact and advanced techniques, coach approval is required to ensure safety and readiness. Our experienced instructors will evaluate your skill level and help you maximize your potential while training responsibly.
